Brzeczki prawie 30l. Ph po wstepnym przegotowaniu 5.8 zbite do ~5. 15 kapsulek sanprobi (lacto plantarum). Po 48h ph spadlo do 3.5, BLG początkowe 16. Fermentacja 2,5 tygodnia, spadło do 4,5BLG. fermentowane glownie w ~16-17stopniach, na kilka dni przeniesione do ~23st, aczkolwiek blg juz nie spadło. wyszło 33 butelki (16,5l)
