  • 21.06.2020 - glukoamylaza poszła w całości (4 g) na 70 minut zacierania). Po zatarciu wyszło 13 BLG, Odfermentowało do 1 BLG 03.07.2020.

    Przelane na cichą, dodany chmiel Denali i Eureka - zmieniłem oryginalny przepis.
    Chmiele wrzucone w siatce. Siatka nie zatonęła, pojawiły się tlenowce i szlag trafił całość.
