Gęstwy 2 łyżki na oko. Litr melasy trzcinowej. Drożdże zadane w temp ok 25 stopni i trzymane w temperaturze pokojowej, napowietrzone solidnie blenderem. Wyszło 25 litrów 19 Blg. Gotowałem bardzo długo, bo odebrałem sporo brzeczki i musiałem zagęścić.
