Warzone 27.12.20, ekstrakt chyba ok. 16 blg
po tygodniu mierzony ekstrakt. Odfermentowało z 16 blg do 4,2 (1 blg z mleka w proszku), czyli okolice 75%. Jeśli pominąć mleko, to okolice 80%. Start w 15 stopniach, stopniowo podnoszone przez 4 dni i swobodne dojadanie w ok. 21 stopniach. W aromacie wyraźne mleko, czekolada, wanilia, kawa. Skojarzenia z Tiramisu. W smaku wyraźnie mleczno-kawowe, kwaskowatości raczej brak, goryczka trochę "chropowata", wyraźna, wytrawny finisz. Chmielenie chyba do poprawy, ale zobaczymy, jak przy rozlewie.
