Pierwsza receptura z samodzielnie dobieranych surowców. Pierwsze spotkanie z Polskim chmielem Zula który według opisu powinien wnosić owocowe takie jak pomarańcza, brzoskwinia, mandarynka, grejpfrut, morela czy śliwka. Piwo nie jest robione tylko dla mnie więc goryczka nie jest pokaźna ( osobiście dodałbym 2 razy więcej zuli)
