200 ml gęstwy podzielona na dwa fermentory do 12 litrów - dodano też po 5 gramów pożywki dla drożdży.
Gęstwa wyjęta z lodówki około 6 godzin przed zadaniem - gęstwa leżała w lodówce około 3 miesiące. Nie zrobiona startera, nie rozruszano gęstwy.
Start fermentacji bez kontroli temperatury w okolicach 20' po 24 godzina.
Data zadania drożdży: 27/28.03 godzina 2.00 w nocy
