Notes

  • Do fermentacji poszło 21 l (12-13 BLG). Drożdże US-05 zadano 19.11.2017r. rano.
    Odfermentowało do 5 BLG (przez kilka dni nie spadało).
    Zabutelkowano 13.12.2017r. po dodaniu 140 g cukru, rozpuszczonego w 1 l wody (40 butelek).
    Po miesiącu nasycenie ok - dosyć wysokie. Ale piwo nie ucieka z butelki. Goryczka delikatna, przyjemna.
