Fermentacja ruszyła po dwóch dniach. Fermentacja w 16 st. celsjuszy przez dwa dni. potem dwa dni 18 st. celniejszy, potem 20-22. Po tygodniu 5 blg. Przy próbowce dziwny gorzkawy posmak, jakby palony słonecznik - być może to drożdże po piana obfita. Poza tym żwica lekka nafta, umiarkowane sytrusy i tropiki.
