wszystko przebiegło ładnie. Przefiltrowałem piwo, do wiśniowego dodałem 130 g ksylitolu.


Przy rozlewie blg ok. 4-4.5 (po dodaniu glukozy do ok 6.). Do stouta dodałem 15 g ksylitolu, do wiśni już nic.
