Nie modyfikowałem, dlatego że piwa jasne, chmielowe na mojej wodzie wychodzą dobrze. Problem mam z ciemnymi, które wychodzą kwaśne, dlatego od pewnego czasu dodaję kredy i wyeliminowałem ten problem.
