Bardzo dobrze aczkolwiek pieprz jest na granicy wyczuwalności zarówno w ostrości jak i aromacie. 200gr Centennialu robi robotę aż za dobrze i przykrywa pozostałe aromaty. Na tą ilość piwa zielonego pieprzu można spokojnie wsypać 15-20gr ziaren i ewentualnie delikatnie je rozbić w moździerzu (kilka uderzeń).
