Brzeczka zakwaszona do pH 4.5 kwasem mlekowym.
Lactobacillus Plantarum z serowara zadane w ilości 5 gramów na dobę. Brzeczka wstępnie zagotowana (15min). Później Gotowanie 60 minut +Marynka i standardowo zadane gęstwą kręconą wcześniej na mieszadle. Na cichą rozlane do dwóch fermentorów i zadane odpowiednio, 1.5kg wiśni oraz pulpa owoce leśne. Przewidziany czas cichej ok 7dni.
