    19.12.2020 przelane na cichą fermentacje. (za szybko?) dużo chmielin, bardzo mętne, osad na dnie słabo zbity 8.5 stopni brixa
    25.12.2020 dodanie chmielu na zimno- start cold crash około 6stopni celsjusza. Zaciagnelo kropelke wody z rurki fermentacyjnej.
