Zecierana w kadzi filtracyjne oko 3h w związku z przelewaniem poprzedniego do butelek. Temperatura 63-70-62. Wyraźnie karmelowy smak brzeczki. Krótka fermentacja. Dodatkowo chmielone na zimno.
