28 luty. fermentor hg zlany na cichą plus 50 g equinoxa. Pomiar ekstraktu 0 blg. Drugi mocno spóźniony wystawiony na zewnątrz lodówki. 10.03 rozlew equinox. Chmiel popsuł piwo. Dostało łodygowego charakteru, goryczka ciągnie a przed cichą w ogóle nie było. Ten chmiel popsuł aba. Gaz na 2.5 vol.
8.04. Drugi fermentor nagazowany na 2.7. jest lepiej
