Zlano do fermentacji 26 l brzeczki o gęstości 15,2 blg. Po kilku dniach mam zamiar dodać 500 g cukru kandyzowanego i 15 g cukru zwykłego, żeby podbić gęstość do 17 blg. Wpisałem 17 blg, żeby przy rozlewie była prawidłowa wartość odfermentowania i alkoholu. |
