Drozdze rozsypane na brzeczce bez uwadniania koło 1 w nocy, temperatura spadla do 17C nie wystartowaly.
Z rana przeniesione do 21C. Start dopiero koło 16. Dolana brzeczka odcisnieta z wychmielin.
Chodzi ładnie, pachnie owocowo. Temperatura wg pirometru 23.3C
W Niedziel 13.02 dodane chmiele na cicha.

Zlane do beczki. Pozostało ok 2L + chmiel - wylane.
