- Środa 9.05 przeprowadzone zacieranie, filtracja i chłodzenie. W 38°C zadane 2gr Lactobacillus Plantarum. Już po ok. 12h była wyczuwalna - Piatek 11.05 brzeczka zagotowana, chmielona i schłodzona do 21°C. Wstawiona do lodówki w celu zbicia temperatury do 15°C - Sobota 12.05 brzeczka napowietrzona i zadane drożdże (120ml WLP051 gęstwa z American Wheat). Fermentacja ruszyła wieczorem.
