!!! Przy 11 kg słodu i 45 l wody do zacierania + ok 20 litrów do wysładzania (wyszło ok 48 l brzeczki o BLG ok 22 BLG (mierzone na refraktometrze oraz balingometrze) .
Aby obniżyć ekstrakt podczas studzenia (przy ok 100 stopniach) dodano 10 lititrów wody niegazowanej z butelki)
Wyszło ok 12 BLG po dodaniu wody. Po przelaniu do fermentorów z gęstwą fermentacja russzyła w 15 stopniach po ok 2 godzinach .
