Porażka. Temperaturę zacierania wziąłem z medalowej receptury z Piwowara, ale albo ja coś zrobiłem źle, albo pomysł jest nie trafiony. Nie zatarło się. Nie miałem więcej słodu, żeby to uratować. Poszło w kanał :(. Na przyszłość, nie przekraczać 72 stopni temperatury zacierania
