Moim zdaniem za dużo słodów karmelowych. Zmiejszyłbym do 5 %. Chmiel Pioneer przykrył inne chmiele. Następnym razem zrezygnuję z tego chmielu lub dam go mniej. Drożdże FM 11 się sprawdziły. Piwo fermentowane w dolnym zakresie temperatur. Mało estrów. W miarę czysty profil.
