przeniosłem fermentor z kuchni dolnej 16'C do kuchni na górę 18'C. FG 1.009, nastepnie dodałem 480g pulpy z brzoskwiń.

zlane piwo na cichą przez woreczek z drobną siatką. 1.023 po korekcie 1.009

Dodanie 40g chmielu Zula chmielenie na zimno, w temp 5'C na 3~4 dni.
