Po wysładzaniu z MLT zleciało jeszcze ~litrów wody ~4blg - wlano dobre 10 litrów za dużo spowodowało rozcieńczenie brzeczki. W HLT zostało ~3 litry.

Uzyskano ~45 litrów brzeczki ~16 BLG. Temperatura fermentacji 16.5-17.5. Jeden fermentor z FM13 Irlandzie ciemności, drugi z Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale.

12.10.2019, FM13 odfermentowały do 6.75 BLG, Wyeast 12728 do 5 BLG.
