Fermentacja cicha : z dodatkiem szczepu Wyeasta ( bez startera ) , na 14 miesięcy w szklanym fermentorze. Na ostatnie trzy miesiące dodam około 4 kg wiśni ( całych , umytych , z pestkami ).
