Piwo uwarzone 6.10, niższa od zakładanej wydajność - blg 11,5. Zacieranie 1,5h w temp. ok. 62 stopni, wygrzew do 78. Filtracja poszła całkiem nieźle dzięki łusce ryżowej. Gotowane 65 minut, schłodzone do 17 stopni i zadany litrowy starter, lag ok. 12h.
