Niestety coś nie pykło z fermentacją. Pojawiły się nuty siarkowo-kanalizacyjne. Być może dwie fiolki do startera po terminie nie dały rady albo był zbyt duży underpitching. Nie dodałem chmielu. Zostawię piwko na tydzień zobaczymy czy coś jeszcze drożdże zredukują i piwo dofermentuje o 1 plato.
