W34/70 z Gozdawy nie wystartowały tak jak powinny, po tygodniu powolnego ruszania (sic!), postanowiłem dodać S-04, po 24h bulka aż miło.
Błędem było nie przygotowanie startera 24h wcześniej i start fermentacji w za niskiej temperaturze (wg mnie)
Następnym razem start fermentacji w 20 stopniach, dopiero potem przenieść do 10 stopni.
