Trochę mdłe, delikatna goryczka zapachu chmielu nie czuć. Przy następnej próbie zmienić chmielenie, może dodać na sam koniec albo chmielić osobno na aromat? Chyba nie jestem zadowolony z tych drożdży, profil trochę za czysty, a chciał bym trochę więcej "smaczków". Zobaczymy za dwa tygodnie jak smakuje.
