Dolaliśmy około 18,3 litra wody na wysładzanie, w garnku było 28 litrów (przy około 50-60 stopniach C). Pierwszy pomiar po zamieszaniu był 10,4 refraktometrem, brzeczka przednia 19,4 refraktometrem, oba pomiary przed korektą.
