Do zacierania dodane 4 ml. kwasu mlekowego i 4 g gipsu piwowarskiego. Wrzut 57 stopni C. Spadło do 54. Podgrzewanie do 65 stopni C. - 10 minut, do 71 stopni C. - 6 minut, do 78 stopni C - 7 minut. Do wody do zacierania dodane 4 ml. kwasu mlekowego i 4 g gipsu piwowarskiego. Gotowana brzeczka - 34 litry. Do gotowania dodane 4 ml. kwasu mlekowego. Odparowało około 3 litry. Z chmielinami w garze zostało 4 litry brzeczki. |
