1. Konikal - 9L plus starter YeastBay amalgamation(4dni 250 ml plus 3 dni 1l). Temperatura okolo 21 stopni. Zadano drozdze okolo 21>00 24.0718. BLG 13,5. Fermentacja ruszyla po kilku godzinach, 25.07 doadalem platki z beczki po sherry olorosso, 10g gotowane 100ml wody 5 min.
