Fermentacja:
Saison lubi wysokie temperatury, spokojnie można go fermentować nawet w temperaturze powyżej 25°C.
Dla medalowego saisona:
– fermentacja burzliwa 14 dni w temp około 22°C
– fermentacja cicha 19 dni w temp około 22°C
Refermentacja z użyciem 160g glukozy (na 20l piwa).
