Burzliwa (9-11'C lodówka) 8 dni - zeszło do 2blg (ładnie pachnie i juz dobrze smakuje, wyraźna goryczka ale nie jakaś mocna. Barwa słomkowa, troche za jasna. Fermentacja bardzo spokojna i szybka)
Cicha (0-8'C - lodówka, balkon-zima) 7 dni - (nic sie nie dzieje. Po zlaniu troche sie sklarowała ale nadal jest lekko mgliste)
