Piana taka sobie, bardzo dziurawa, w zapachu żywiczno-cytrusowe, w smaku tak samo, goryczka średnia, długa, przyjemna, wytrawne, śliskie od żyta. Niezłe piwo, ale dużo osadów zostało w butelkach i piwo wyjeżdża z butelek.
