Mam pytanie co do drożdży. Sam zamierzam uwarzyć New Englanda na s-33 i zastanawiam się czy piwo nie wyjdzie za bardzo pszeniczne, jak odczucia?

Cześć, wyszło całkiem prawilnie, bardzo owocowo. Nie wyczuwam żadnych aromatów weizenowych. Myśle, ze przy nastepnym Vermoncie też wykorzystam S33 :)
