Notes

  • Dużo osadu białkowego w fermentorze, 15 blg brzeczka nastawna- około 13 litrów (nie wiem dokładnie ponieważ na szklanym słoju nie ma miarek). Niby do 24 stopni schłodziłem. Muszę wymienić termometr.
