Chmiele Chinook i Celeia dodałem na Hopstand czyli ok 77°c czyli ibu będzie niższe.
Opshaug Kveik zamrożone suchary, ponad rok w zamrażarce... mam nadzieję że ruszą.
Fermentacja od 32°c planuję podbić do 35°c.
Po 18u godzinach burzliwej dodałem 40g Fuggles na mityczną biotransformację, ciekawe co to da?
Po tygodniu przelane na cichą dodałem 50g chmiel Jester t45.
