3.4 kg ekstraktu Gozdawa Imperial IPA daje wg kalkulatora gęstość początkową 11.4 BLG, czyli znacznie poniżej wymaganej gęstości dla stylu. Stąd dodatek 1.5kg cukru (30% wag.). Jeśli zaobserwuję alkoholowy smak, będę przynajmniej wiedział, skąd się wziął (eksperyment). Zmniejszenie objętości warki z 23l do 21l.
Dodatek chmielu do chmielenia na zimno.
