W piwie po zadaniu kwiatów na cichą wystąpiła infekcja lactobacillusem. Poprawiło to walory smakowe piwa, zalecałbym jednak dezynfekcję kwiatów przed dodaniem na cichą, żeby nie było takich przygód, bo kto wie co wyrośnie
