Piana ładna, obfita, średnio pęcherzykowata. Bardzo miły słodowo-korzenny (świąteczny) aromat. W smaku na pierwszym planie wyczuwalna umiarkowana goryczka, z czasem zaczyna zanikać ustępując miejsce wanilii, goździkom. Na sam koniec wszystko bardzo ładnie podkreślone smakiem kompociku z suszu. Bardzo pijalne, świąteczne piwko :)
