170g świeżo zmielonej kawy zalewamy zimną (sterylną) wodą. Stosunek kawy do wody wynosi 1:4. Całość intensywnie mieszamy i wstawiamy do lodówki na minimum 24 godziny, następnie filtrujemy, aby pozbyć się fusów. Dodajemy przy samym butelkowaniu razem z syropem cukrowym do refermentacji.
