Zakwaszane 30 tabletkami Swanson L. Plantarum. Rozdzielone na 3 wiadra po 13, 13 i 4 litry. Cześć 4 litrowa nie byla poddawana zakwaszaniu, dodano do niej zakazone drożdże american lager. Do dwoch pozostałych dodano owoców.
