Notes

  • Filtracja staneła praktycznie od razu, dodanie łuski nic nie dało. Dopiero po podgrzaniu, dorzuceniu dużej ilości łuski filtracja ruszyła. Mętne.

    Pod koniec gotowania dolane około 1,5l wrzątku. Wyszło równo 11 brix.
