Zacieranie w lodowce turystycznej. Temperatura początkowa 69C. Często mieszane. Po godzinie temperatura spadła do ok 65-64C. Zrobiłem dekokcje i podbiłem temperaturę do 70C. Po 15 min zacząłem filtracje i wysładzanie. |
