Z wyliczeń wynika, że około 1.5 BLG pochodzi od dodanego ksylitolu. Wobec tego, można zakładać, że piwo wyfermetnowało od 15.5 do 3.5. Niestety nadal bulgocze :)

Na cichą trafiło 16l młodego piwa. Trudno ocenić gęstość niedokładnym balingomierzem, ale wydaje się wynosić 4. Odebrałem 0.5l gęstwy.
