Szybki start, po 20 godzinach obfita piana, ok. 7 cm w fermentorze TB. Bardzo intensywne bulkanie, gaz wypchnął watę na zewnątrz, wylało się trochę piany. Po dwóch dobach piana całkowicie opadła. Drożdże opadły na dno, warstwa ok. 1 cm. Pomiar powtórzony po 6 dobach na tej samej próbce, blg bez zmian, kwaśny smak. |
