Podgrzano 17.5l wody źródlanej do temp. 72,9 st, dodano słody, jednak temperatura zacieru spadła do 69 st. Pierwsze 15 minut zacierania przebiegało w tej temp. Następnie 30 minut ~67 i 15 minut ~65 st. Planowałem zacierać na wytrawnie, wyjdzie pewnie na słodko. Bez wysładzania, zacieranie w BIAB. |
