Do wody do zacierania dodane 4 ml. kwasu mlekowego i 4 g gipsu piwowarskiego. Gotowana brzeczka - 34 litry. Do gotowania dodane 4 ml. kwasu mlekowego. Odparowało około 3 litry. Z chmielinami w garze zostało 4 litry brzeczki. |
