Drożdże zadano 27.05 późnym wieczorem. 29.05 - ciągły brak różnicy poziomów w rurce fermentacyjnej. Otworzyłem wieko, żeby wziąć próbkę i sprawdzić BLG - na szczęście po uchyleniu ukazała się czapa piany - fermentacja ruszyła, próbki nie pobierałem. Nieszczelne wieko? |
