Zlano 30 litrów do gąsiora 34 litrowego i dodano 42g kostek dębowych po sherry. 4 litry zlano do szklanej 5 litrowej butli i dodano 9g, a dokładniej jedną kostkę dębowa po sherry. Kostki przed dodaniem były podgrzane w wodzie do 80 stopni i potrzymane około 10 minut. Kostki i woda dodane do piwa na fermentację cichą. |
